A fast-growing law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Intake Specialist to provide a warm, professional client experience. This fully remote position is ideal for candidates based in Latin America with prior intake experience in U.S. Personal Injury law. Key responsibilities include handling calls, conducting pre-screenings, and managing client data in legal CRMs. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and is available as full-time or part-time.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of intake experience with a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.
• Professional, empathetic, and confident communicator.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed pre-screening interviews using approved scripts and forms.
• Accurately enter and update client data in CRMs.
• Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
• Translate during client interactions as needed (English ↔ Spanish)
• Ensure leads are tracked and routed to the correct department
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures

Personal Injury Intake Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients at a fast‑growing U.S.-based law firm. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, conduct pre‑screenings, schedule consultations, and update case information in our CRM systems—all while delivering a compassionate and professional client experience.

Fully Remote Position

This fully remote position is available for candidates based in Latin America who have prior intake experience in U.S. Personal Injury law.

Your Mission

To provide a warm, responsive, and highly professional intake experience that reflects our firm’s commitment to excellence, trust, and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from prospective clients
• Conduct detailed pre‑screening interviews using approved scripts and forms
• Accurately enter and update client data in CRMs such as Clio Grow, Lawmatics, or similar systems
• Schedule consultations and follow‑up appointments
• Translate during client interactions as needed (English ↔ Spanish)
• Ensure all leads are properly tracked, documented, and routed to the correct department
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures

Ideal Candidate
