CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will handle calls and messages, qualify cases, and guide clients through the initial steps toward compensation.

This is a remote role based in Colombia. You will organize documents, set up Filevine projects, and coordinate with the Pre-Litigation team, ensuring a smooth handoff and excellent client service.

Formación

• Fully bilingual (English) is required.
• Sales background is preferable.
• Experience in personal injury is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review emails and chats for new leads and requests.
• Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and documents on Dropbox.
• Answer inbound calls, interact with clients and leads with strong customer service.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate team member.
• Set up Filevine projects for new clients or requested tools.
• Log comments, observations, and updates.
• Register new contracts into Filevine.
• Follow up on leads and maintain quality interactions.
• Question new potential clients and guide intake to Pre-Litigation.
• Complete intake and transfer to Pre-Litigation for new clients.
• Send submission emails to Pre-Litigation to start a case.
• Complete clinic referrals considering client location.
• Participate in stand-up/daily/weekly/monthly meetings.
• Close contracts.
