This fully remote position is ideal for candidates based in Latin America with prior intake experience in U.S. Personal Injury law. Key responsibilities include handling calls, conducting pre-screenings, and managing client data in legal CRMs. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and is available as full-time or part-time.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of intake experience with a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.
• Professional, empathetic, and confident communicator.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed pre-screening interviews using approved scripts and forms.
• Accurately enter and update client data in CRMs.
