This role requires 1-3+ years of experience in sales. You will conduct high-volume outreach, manage client information in CRM systems, and work within a supportive, diverse environment with opportunities for continuous learning. Formación

• 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, call center, or telemarketing roles.
• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred.
• Proven success in high-volume outbound calling environments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and respond quickly to inbound lead inquiries.
• Engage prospects to assess purchase/refinance intent and loan needs.
• Qualify leads and route sales-ready opportunities to Loan Officers.
