Job summary

Viva Engage Solutions S.A.S. is seeking an Assistant Case Manager to support a busy legal team in a fully remote role. The position requires 2+ years in legal settings and fluency in English, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Candidates must have reliable internet and a dependable computer, and be able to work California hours. This is an indefinite, full-time contract with PTO per U.S. holidays observed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in legal settings or back-office operations.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with strong communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer for remote work.
• Willing to work California hours and observe U.S. holidays as paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Perform various administrative tasks to support the legal team, including contacting insurance companies, medical centers, and clients to gather essential information.
• Provide accurate case updates and prepare reports to keep legal teams informed.
• Schedule and coordinate medical and legal appointments for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain organized records of case progress and communications.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to enhance the efficiency of the legal team.
• This is a fast-paced role where Legal Assistants will spend a significant portion of their day communicating via phone and email with legal teams.
