Job summary

Pacific Workers is seeking a skilled Assistant Case Manager to join its Legal team. This 100% remote role supports a fast-paced environment, working Pacific Time hours Monday through Friday.

You will contact insurers, medical centers, and clients to gather information and provide timely case updates. The position requires at least 2 years of legal, back-office, or remote customer service experience and near-native English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in legal settings, back-office operations, or remote customer service.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Remote position – requires reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer.

Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies, medical centers, and clients to gather essential information.
• Provide accurate case updates and prepare reports for the legal team.
• Schedule and coordinate medical and legal appointments for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain organized records of case progress and communications.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in legal settings, back-office operations, or remote customer service.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with near-native proficiency.
• Remote position – requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable computer.
• Availability to work California hours and holidays (U.S. holidays are observed as paid time off, but Colombian holidays will be working days).
