Job summary

You will handle client intake, case management, and bilingual communications in English and Spanish, drafting documents and coordinating with medical providers.

This remote role requires 2+ years in a law setting and offers hourly pay with regular daytime EST hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a law firm, legal assistant, or paralegal role.
• Background in law; a law degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Experience with personal injury or criminal defense is a plus.

Responsibilities

Hourly Rate: $11 - $18 USD/Hour

Part-Time Monthly Rate: $880 - $1,440 (20 hours/week)

Full-Time Monthly Rate: $1,760 - $2,880 (40 hours/week)

About the role:

Support a U.S.-based law firm specializing in criminal defense and personal injury cases. Assist with client intake, legal documentation, case management, bilingual client communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with clients and medical providers.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct client intake calls, gather personal information, and collect required documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a law firm, legal assistant, or paralegal role
• Background in law; a law degree is preferred but not mandatory
• English C1+ and fluent Spanish
• Experience with personal injury, criminal defense, or U.S. legal procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with drafting demand letters, subrogation letters, and legal documentation
• Strong organization, communication, empathy, and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple cases, client interactions, and deadlines remotely

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Work schedules may vary depending on the position and client.
