Requirements include 2+ years in legal/back-office or remote customer service, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work California hours. The contract is indefinite-term with a competitive COP salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in legal settings, back-office operations, or remote customer service.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Remote position requires reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer.
• Availability to work California hours and holidays (U.S. holidays observed as PTO, Colombian holidays are working days).

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks to support the legal team, including contacting insurance companies, medical centers, and clients to gather essential information.
• Provide accurate case updates and prepare reports to keep the legal team informed.
• Schedule and coordinate medical and legal appointments for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain organized records of case progress and communications.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency.
• Communicate with legal teams via phone and email as a significant daily activity.
