Job summary

Bitbase Exchange is seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to accelerate Futures trading growth in LATAM through KOL partnerships, affiliates, and active trading communities. You will leverage an established LATAM network to drive registrations, FTDs, and trading activity while designing favorable compensation models.

The role requires native Spanish, an existing CEX network, and the ability to work remotely in a target-driven environment, with potential Brazil coverage for Portuguese

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Affiliate/KOL Management within a crypto exchange.
• Direct experience working with a centralized crypto exchange (CEX) is required.
• Strong understanding of Futures trading, derivatives, trader acquisition, and exchange business models.
• Established network of crypto KOLs, influencers, trading communities, affiliates, or high-volume traders across LATAM.
• Proven ability to generate measurable trading volume, FTDs, FTTs, and active trading users through partnerships.
• Experience negotiating commissions, rebates, and revenue-sharing arrangements.
• Fluency in Spanish is required for LATAM coverage; Portuguese is a strong advantage for Brazil.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Futures trading volume and active trader acquisition across LATAM.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-potential KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and affiliate partners.
• Build partnerships that generate new registrations, first-time deposits, first-time traders, and recurring trading activity.
• Design competitive commission, rebate, revenue-sharing, and performance-based partnership structures.
• Monitor partner performance and implement initiatives to improve activation, retention, and trading volume.
• Manage full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, campaign execution, and optimization.
• Develop localized growth strategies for Spanish-speaking LATAM; Brazil Brazil coverage may apply.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to launch partner-led campaigns and promotions.
