CFI Financial Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for LATAM to drive growth across the region. The role focuses on strategic planning, market research, and building strong relationships with clients, regulators, and partners.

You will lead a high-performance team, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the global organization to align with company objectives while delivering revenue growth and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in forex/trading with proven growth track record.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the company's presence in LATAM.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and other industry players.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners, clients, and investors to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
• Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and strategies.
• Monitor and analyse business performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and profitability, and develop and execute plans to address any areas of concern.
• Build and lead a high-performance team, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff members to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
