Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to expand its footprint across Colombia and the wider LATAM region. You will work with sales, marketing, and client relations to grow the partner and client network.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, and partners, and converting leads into trading clients while representing the company at events and driving market research to support growth

Formación

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management within forex/CFD industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and trading.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with IBs, affiliates and partners.
• Convert leads into active trading clients and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events and build a regional partner network.
• Conduct market research to spot opportunities and support growth strategies.
