Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand its forex/CFD footprint across Colombia and LATAM. You will partner with sales, marketing, and client relations to grow the IBs, affiliates, and trading client network.

The ideal candidate has BD or sales experience in forex/CFD, strong communication and negotiation skills, and genuine interest in financial markets. A fast-paced, target-driven environment offers growth and international exposure.

Formación

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management in forex/CFD industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners.
• Represent the company at industry events.
