Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to expand its footprint across Colombia and the LATAM region. You will work with sales, marketing, and client relations teams to grow the partner and client network.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with IBs and affiliates, and convert leads into active trading clients. Represent the company at events and research market trends to drive growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in forex/CFD sales or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Colombia and LATAM.
• Build relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners.
• Convert leads into active trading clients and manage client onboarding.
