Colossyan is seeking a Junior Support Engineer to join its growing technical team. This remote role focuses on supporting customers across the life sciences industry, diagnosing technical issues, and providing solutions. Ideal for early-career software engineers, it offers hands-on experience in customer-facing support.

As the first line of technical support, you'll work with React, Node.js, and TypeScript while collaborating with product and engineering teams. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.

Formación

• Basic experience with JavaScript and TypeScript development.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies including Next.js, React, Node.js, SQL databases.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
