Responsibilities include replying to inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels, providing accurate product information, and resolving issues promptly. You’ll maintain records, collaborate with internal teams, and uphold professionalism to ensure satisfaction.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, communication platforms, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
