Core Code io is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, helps customers, solves problems, and maintains a positive experience across channels from email to phone.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring complete follow-up. A proactive, organized, and independent remote worker is preferred.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, communication platforms, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
