Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer for its Instinct platform. This independent contractor role sits within the Platform organization and serves as a dedicated technical resource for the Customer Experience team, owning complex ticket resolution and onboarding workflows.

You will work with diverse tools and environments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and offboarding, data migrations, and platform requests.

Formación

• Must-Have: AWS; Hands-on verification of environment changes and smoke tests; familiarity with RDS/S3/EC2/ECS.
• Must-Have: Git / GitHub; manage PRs as part of onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Must-Have: Communication; excellent written/verbal English; lead calls and draft docs.
• Must-Have: Basic security hygiene; least-privilege data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Onboarding: technical onboarding workflows, provisioning, config, data imports for go-live.
• Decommissioning: data exports, environment teardown, access revocation, closure docs.
• Data Migrations: structured migrations with validation and QA checks.
• Technical Ticket Resolution: own and resolve escalated CX tickets; environment/config issues.
• CX Partnership: align with CSM and Implementations; set timelines and communicate outcomes.
• Documentation: maintain runbooks and configs for repeatability.
• Process Improvement: identify patterns to automate and update docs.
• Adaptability: take on new tasks and priorities as needed.
