Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced Inbound Sales Consultants to engage property owners interested in professional management services. You will handle warm inbound leads, qualify needs, and guide owners through next steps with on-camera demo calls.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 3–5+ years in inbound sales, and strong English communication. Remote work with professional conduct is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience.
• 3–5+ years of full-time experience in inbound or consultative sales.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads over the phone or via video calls.
• Comfortable being on camera during professional demo calls.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in a remote professional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in management services.
• Qualify owner needs, details, timelines and urgency.
• Explain services clearly and professionally.
• Run on-camera demo calls with prospective clients.
• Present yourself professionally on video calls with owners.
• Build trust and explain the value of professional property management.
• Close qualified owners and guide them to next steps.
• Follow up consistently with owners not yet moving forward.
• Maintain clean CRM records and lead status updates.
• Manage multiple active leads and client conversations simultaneously.
• Coordinate internally to support a smooth client experience.
