Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking experienced inbound sales consultants to engage property owners seeking professional property management services. You will handle warm inbound inquiries, assess owner needs, explain services, run on-camera demos, and guide owners to close.

You will maintain CRM records, manage multiple leads, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from first contact through onboarding.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required if not a strong-equivalent sales track record.
• 3–5+ years of full-time experience in inbound sales or high-ticket service sales.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads via phone or video calls.
• Comfortable on camera during professional demos and video calls.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience in remote, full-time work environments.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in management services.
• Qualify owner needs, property details, timelines and urgency.
• Explain services clearly and professionally.
• Conduct on-camera demo calls with prospective clients.
• Present professionally on video calls and build trust.
• Close qualified property owners and guide next steps.
• Follow up with owners who have not moved forward.
• Maintain CRM notes, tasks, follow-ups and lead status.
• Manage multiple leads and conversations concurrently.
• Coordinate internally to support a smooth client experience.
