Royal York Property Management is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its remote sales team. The role focuses on steering inbound inquiries, demos, and onboarding to secure new clients while maintaining rigorous CRM discipline and performance coaching across multiple time zones.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in sales with 4+ years in management and 2+ years supervising fully remote teams, handling 8–15+ direct reports.

Formación

• 8+ years total sales experience.
• 4+ years sales management with proven improvements.
• 2+ years leading a fully remote sales team.
• Experience handling 8–15+ direct reports or similar scope.
• Strong CRM, dashboards, and reporting discipline.
• Coaching from calls and data-driven performance management.
• Inbound sales, demos, onboarding, and pipeline mastery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of remote Sales Representatives to hit weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive daily execution: speed-to-lead, demos, follow-up discipline, client sign-ups, onboarding progress, CRM activity, and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks, follow-ups, and performance reports.
• Run 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Hold team members accountable for missed follow-ups, weak demos, low conversion, and stalled files.
• Coach the team on discovery, demos, objection handling, urgency, closing, onboarding, and client communication.
• Monitor active files to ensure clients move efficiently from initial inquiry through onboarding and handoff to Property Management.
• Report team performance clearly to leadership and assist with hiring by identifying top performers.
• Improve team output using AI tools, reporting, call summaries, QA, and coaching insights.
