Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking experienced inbound sales consultants to engage property owners interested in management services. You will handle inbound inquiries, run on-camera demos, qualify needs, and guide owners through next steps toward signing up for our services.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, professional video calls, and CRM-driven follow-up in a fully remote work setup. Prior experience with high-value sales and closing warm leads is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience
• 3–5+ years of full-time experience in inbound sales or related roles
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads over the phone or via video calls
• Comfortable being on camera while running professional demo calls
• Strong English communication skills, spoken and written
• Experience working full-time in a professional remote environment
• Strong communication and confidence speaking with homeowners and high-value prospects
• Experience running demos, presentations, or structured sales calls

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in property management services
• Qualify owner's needs, details, timeline, and urgency
• Explain services clearly and professionally
• Run on-camera demo calls with prospective clients
• Present yourself professionally on video calls with property owners
• Build trust and explain value of professional property management
• Close qualified property owners and guide next steps
• Follow up consistently with owners not yet moving forward
• Maintain clean CRM records with notes, tasks, follow-ups and lead status updates
• Manage multiple active leads and client conversations simultaneously
• Identify stalled opportunities and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate internally to support a smooth client experience
