Royal York Property Management is seeking an experienced Account Executive to handle inbound inquiries from property owners interested in our management services. You will qualify needs, explain our offerings, and conduct on-camera demos to build trust and move opportunities forward.

This remote role requires 3–5+ years in inbound or high-ticket sales, strong English communication, and a proven ability to close qualified leads.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in inbound or consultative sales and account acquisition.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads over the phone or video calls.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience working in a remote professional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners seeking management services
• Qualify needs, timelines and urgency, and explain services clearly
• Run on-camera demo calls with prospective clients
• Build trust and guide owners through next steps to close
• Maintain CRM notes, tasks and lead status updates
• Manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a structured workflow
