Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, care, inside sales, or sales support.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with trust-building and objection handling.
• Experience assisting customers or prospects over the phone.
• Fluent Spanish and at least intermediate English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for calls.
• Full availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing patients, providing friendly and professional support.
• Explain healthcare services, address questions, and guide toward booking appointments.
• Assist patients with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Build trust, communicate with empathy, and ensure a supportive patient experience.
• Follow up with prospective patients to answer questions and improve conversion rates.
