INGEPSY is seeking a Tracking Specialist to join its Data and Analytics team. You will own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture, ensuring accurate data from first click to CRM entry across client sites.

You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot issues across ad platforms, and document setups to keep reporting trustworthy as the agency scales its education and nonprofit partnerships.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, triggers and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms with CAPI configuration knowledge.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration and DebugView.
• Understanding of data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms affecting paid media KPIs.
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management & deployment — deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in Google Tag Manager across multi-client environments.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit tags, fix data discrepancies, and verify events in GA4 DebugView before campaigns go live.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and convert business requirements into tracking solutions.
