INGEPSY is seeking a growth-minded GTM Engineer for a regulated DTC consumer brand. Based in Austin or remote internationally, you’ll build the campaign machinery, direct Claude Code, and enable field teams with data-driven outreach and partnerships.

You’ll own first-party measurement, design sequences, and leverage APIs to automate repetitive tasks while maintaining compliance in a high-constraint category.

Formación

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing and growth roles.
• Cold outbound you’ve run end-to-end with list building, sequencing, and deliverability.
• Comfortable with data, CSV handling, and writing SQL.
• APIs are routine: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks, docs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with defined segments and sequences.
• Arm the field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up sequences.
• Own channels open in this market: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referrals.
• Create in-house creative with AI tools aligned to the brand system.
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment scripts, QA, and content pipelines.
