INGEPSY is seeking a growth-minded marketer to build and optimize a performance engine in a highly constrained, nicotine-regulated category. You will direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich data, and automate recurring work while collaborating with field, sales, and partnerships to scale owned channels.

You will own measurement, run outbound campaigns, and craft content alongside a hands-on team. Remote options with CT overlap are available, based in Austin or similar time zones.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in marketing with end-to-end outbound campaigns.
• Experience directing Claude Code or similar coding agents on live work.
• Strong data literacy: read CSV, write SQL, diagnose joins.
• Excellent written communication for clear, filler-free outreach.
• Familiarity with list enrichment tools and campaign QA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine, define segments, enrich lists, verify contacts, and manage sequences.
• Arm the field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up sequences to improve iteration.
• Own open channels (search, lifecycle email, SMS, referral) and drive growth where paid channels are limited.
• Produce in-house creative using AI tools while maintaining brand visual system.
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment, hygiene, report pulls, content pipelines.
• Own first-party measurement (order/subscription data, retention, referral attribution) and flag data issues.
