INGEPSY is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and implement a regulated DTC growth stack in Cartagena, Colombia. You will build a first‑principles outbound engine, coordinate with sales, field, and partnerships, and automate recurring tasks using Claude Code and APIs.

You will own first‑party measurement and optimize channels like search, lifecycle email, and referrals, while staying within regulatory constraints. This is a hands‑on builder role with high ownership.

Formación

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code or equivalent coding agent on live work.
• 3+ years in marketing with autonomous data tooling and outbound campaigns.
• Experience with cold outbound from end to end: list building, sequences, deliverability.

Responsabilidades

• Build the trade and partnership outbound engine with target lists and sequences.
• Arm the field team with lists, routes, and post-visit follow‑ups.
• Own channels open in this market: search, lifecycle email/SMS, referral programs.
