INGEPSY is seeking a GTM Engineer for a regulated DTC consumer brand, based in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, or remote with CT overlap. You will build the campaign machinery, directing Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while collaborating with sales, field, and partnerships.

Formación

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience.
• Cold outbound campaigns end-to-end experience.
• SQL or data wrangling skills.
• APIs: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks.
• Ability to write clear, filler-free sentences.

Responsabilidades

• Build the trade and partnership outbound engine: define segments, enrich lists, verify contacts, write sequences, and decide when to go manual.
• Equip the field team with target lists, routes, and post-visit follow-ups, then iterate for better versions.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle emails, SMS, retention, referrals, and reconciliation.
• Create in-house creative with AI tools aligned to the brand’s visual system.
• Automate enrichment scripts, list hygiene, report pulls, campaign QA, and content pipelines.
• Own first‑party measurement (order data, cohort retention, referral attribution) and flag anomalies.
