Job summary

Puente Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to own a full-funnel outbound and paid acquisition engine from click to close. You will manage Google Ads/Meta Ads, cold email infrastructure, and CRM-driven workflows in a 100% remote LATAM role.

You will work directly with leadership to diagnose gaps, implement scalable campaigns, and report on spend, CAC, ROAS, and meetings booked. English fluency (C1/C2) is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, performance or outbound marketing.
• Proven results with Google Ads or Meta Ads and measurable CAC/ROAS/CPL.
• Hands-on cold email experience and deliverability know-how.
• Experience using AI tools to amplify copy and outreach workflows.
• Ownership mindset with ability to diagnose, plan and execute.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end in Google Ads or Meta Ads with spend optimization.
• Build and manage cold email infrastructure and sequences.
• Design CRM workflows to move leads through the pipeline and feedback results.
• Launch campaigns cleanly with minimal hand-holding and repeatable processes.
• Provide weekly reporting on spend, CPL, CAC, ROAS and meetings booked.
• Document campaigns and processes for repeatability.
