Job summary

Puente Talent Partners is seeking a hands-on GTM Ops specialist in a remote LATAM role. You will turn campaign briefs and ICPs into accurate target lists, check quality, and launch campaigns across outbound platforms.

You collaborate with the team to move from brief to launch, using AI tools with careful, human oversight. Strong English communication and organized execution are essential for success in this independent contractor position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building prospect lists, ideally in Clay.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data platforms such as Prospeo, Apollo, AI Ark or Blitz.
• Logic and judgment: decide based on the situation, not only rules.
• You use AI well and know its limits, and stay in the loop instead of offloading the work.

Responsibilities

• Build target account and contact lists from client ICPs and campaign briefs.
• Translate targeting requirements into clear data filters with thoughtful judgment.
• Enrich leads with company, contact and campaign data using listed tools.
• Segment lists with lookalikes and TAMs; ensure data quality and deduplication.
• Check every list for company fit, titles, exclusions, and data completeness before launch.
• Upload campaigns into outbound platforms such as Email Bison and HeyReach.
• Keep Monday.com and Slack updated to reflect task status throughout the day.
• Utilize AI agents with manual checks before entry into the system.
