Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing specialist to own ABM programs with direct collaboration with US-based sales teams. You will design multi-channel campaigns, build data-driven automations, and maintain enriched CRM records to drive pipeline and revenue.

Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools in automations is expected, with a strong emphasis on English communication and international collaboration. This is a fully remote role supporting global Growth Marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales teams.
• 2+ years building seller automations (signal workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based B2B teams.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools in automations.
• Native or bilingual English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail.
• Map processes with sales teams and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers.
• Maintain target account data and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly on meetings booked, opportunities, deals, and revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and scale those that move the pipeline.
