Job summary

Viva Talent is hiring a Recruitment Marketing Manager to attract qualified candidates through social media, paid campaigns, and other channels across Latin America. Remote role across LATAM with strong emphasis on demand generation, multi-channel campaigns, and influencer content.

Lead end-to-end paid campaigns, build organic social content, and drive improvements using data. Start as hands-on contributor and grow into leadership as the function scales across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a marketing manager role, including at least 2 years with people management responsibilities.
• Experience building a multi-channel strategy and increasing lead or application volume through campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok; ability to analyze results and optimize campaigns.
• Create consistent, original organic social content to attract candidates and drive applications.
• Familiar with AI, automation, and systems to improve workflows; CRM experience relevant.
• Proficient English communication (C1+), clear and concise writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead candidate demand generation with a multi-channel strategy, core channel is social media.
• Generate candidate leads and applications; use performance data to improve results.
• Own paid campaigns end to end: identify needs, build ads, launch, measure, and optimize.
• Create and coordinate content, including staff- or influencer-generated content when relevant.
• Build an effective function: define processes, channels, tools, and partner support for scalability.
• Start hands-on and grow into leadership: begin solo, then manage people as the team scales.
