Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM represents a client—a tech-enabled global freight forwarder—seeking a Marketing & RevOps Manager. You will design and implement a data-driven revenue system by aligning marketing, sales, and data within HubSpot.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will build a structured lead lifecycle, manage TOFU campaigns, automate follow-ups, and provide full-funnel visibility through robust reporting. Strong HubSpot expertise and logistics experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM management, RevOps and B2B demand generation experience.
• Hands-on HubSpot architecture, workflow automation, lead scoring, and CRM lifecycle mapping.
• Experience designing top-of-funnel email campaigns and landing pages in HubSpot.
• Proven ability to run marketing campaigns that grow income.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Logistics or freight-forwarding industry experience preferred.
