Job summary

BairesDev is a 100% remote technology company seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to partner with US sales leaders and build AI-powered automations that drive new deals and account expansion. You will design ABM programs across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail, coordinating with each account's sales owner.

You’ll create signal-based workflows using Clay, n8n/Make/Zapier with CRM data, and report results to leadership weekly. Fluency in English is required to thrive in this global role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers.
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across ≥3 channels.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools in automations.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
• Map processes and build automations that trigger seller actions.
• Maintain target account data and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue.
• Test new channels and scale high-performing plays.
