Minwest Financial is seeking a motivated Sales Representative based in Colombia to grow our client base. This fully remote role requires engaging trucking companies, explaining factoring services, and guiding prospects through the application process.

You will work US Central Time hours, handle outbound outreach, and maintain CRM records. Prior outbound sales experience and strong English are essential, with a background in freight, trucking, or financial services considered a plus.

Qualificações

• Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills essential.
• Ability to speak with US business owners confidently.

Responsabilidades

• Contact trucking company owners through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Explain Minwest’s factoring services and identify prospect needs.
• Qualify leads, answer questions, and guide through the application process.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and CRM activities.
• Coordinate with onboarding team to support a smooth client experience.
• Meet sales activity and new-client acquisition goals; Minwest provides leads.
