You will drive new business, engage prospective customers, identify needs, and sell Welcome Wagon products and services. The role reports through RemoFirst and emphasizes high activity, performance, and customer experience.

You will conduct outbound/inbound calls, communicate product value, and document activity in CRM. Expect target-driven compensation with base salary and incentives.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound and/or inbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Welcome Wagon solutions.
• Close sales and accurately document activity and outcomes in CRM tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
• Manage pipeline activity to ensure steady deal flow and revenue generation.
