Job summary

Circle Logistics is seeking a driven Sales Representative located in Colombia to build and manage your own book of business by coordinating with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries. This role blends inside sales, account management and relationship building to drive growth.

You will negotiate freight rates, maintain carrier relationships, and work with the team on pricing strategy, with occasional after-hours availability as required. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Must live in Colombia (colombia resident).
• Freight brokerage or account management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Google Drive and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reports).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Willing to be available after hours, night shifts and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide and negotiate freight rates to carriers.
• Manage daily shipments to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
• Collaborate with team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
• Communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Resolve transportation problems with urgency and professionalism.
• Procurement of new carriers based on volume and lane density.
• Maintain knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals as set by leadership.
• Communicate with carriers, customers and Circle employees.
• Escalate issues and relay load updates internally.
