Porch Group is expanding its remote FlexFund Support team in Colombia. As a FlexFund Support Representative, IRE you will assist clients through the transaction lifecycle, address inquiries, and ensure accurate data across systems.

You will work with global and US-based teams, navigate CRM and reporting tools, and contribute to process improvements, while maintaining high levels of service and data integrity.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM, reporting tools).
• Excellent written and communication skills in the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and guiding them through processes.
• Analyze incoming requests and determine the most effective and appropriate solutions.
• Manage order workflows from creation to completion, ensuring timely processing and proper handling.
• Ensure accuracy of order details across internal systems.
• Identify, analyze, and report system bugs or operational issues based on daily workflow observations; ensure proper documentation and timely escalation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve order-related concerns.
