Porch Group in Colombia is seeking a People Operations Analyst to join our remote team. You will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, focusing on Tier 2 support, accurate data maintenance, benefits support, and collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.

You will manage immigration and work authorization processes, assist with Form I-9 compliance, visa tracking, and keep cross-border teams aligned while ensuring data privacy and SLA adherence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, or four years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with a ticketing system and responding to Tier 2 HR/People Operations inquiries.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and Form I-9 requirements.
• Fluent in English; Spanish skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Process onboarding, offboarding, changes, transfers, and leave events with accuracy.
• Maintain HR records and audit data integrity in HR systems.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc People Operations reports.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries submitted through ServiceDesk.
• Handle immigration/international work authorization tracking and I-9 processing.
