Job summary

HarbourVest Partners is seeking an IR Analyst for its LATAM team in Bogota. The role focuses on analytical, reporting and execution support to fundraising efforts, maintaining high-quality data, and coordinating materials with internal teams.

You will work closely with Marketing, Client Service, and Operations to support investor relations initiatives and market research. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and proactive data management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; interest in private markets.
Experience with fundraising support and data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting from Salesforce, Preqin and internal data sources to support fundraising.
Analyze fundraising efforts and prepare internal presentations and regional trackers.
Conduct market and investor research to support prospecting and prioritization.
Assist with cash flow modelling for existing and prospective commitments.
Coordinate inputs and logistics for investor presentations and due diligence materials.
Maintain Salesforce data and trackers; support IR team reporting needs.
