AgilityFeat, Inc. is expanding a Colombia-based nearshore implementation team for a U.S. fintech client. The role focuses on private equity fund operations, waterfall calculations, and end-to-end financial implementations within a collaborative, English-speaking environment.

We value experience with distributions, capital accounts, and NAV; strong Excel skills and SaaS familiarity are a plus. Remote work from Colombia aligns with Eastern business hours for full-time contractor engagement.

Competenze

• 2+ years in private equity industry as fund accountant, fund operations professional, or implementation specialist.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience calculating or reviewing distribution waterfalls: return of capital, preferred return, GP catch-up, carried interest.
• Ability to build a waterfall or distribution model in Excel from fund terms and transaction data.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2+).
