HireHawk Inc. is seeking a highly organized Email & SMS Manager to own day‑to‑day retention marketing, calendar management, and campaign execution for our beauty/e‑commerce brand. The role requires independent work, sharp copy instincts, and collaboration with design and growth leadership.

You will own lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post‑Purchase, Winback) and drive weekly reporting to optimize retention and revenue across email and SMS channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS experience within DTC/e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
• Build and optimize key lifecycle flows, including Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post‑Purchase, Winback, and other retention flows.
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging, segmentation.
• Translate strategy into briefs for the Email Designer.
• Work with the designer to ensure campaigns are executed according to brief.
• Manage campaigns from concept through launch.
• Own the full QA process before emails and SMS go live.
• Review copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalization, offers, rendering, tracking, and customer experience.
• Monitor campaigns after launch and flag issues quickly.
• Own weekly Email & SMS reporting.
• Track KPIs and communicate performance, trends, and areas of concern.
• Provide actionable recommendations, not just numbers.
