BlueTuskr is seeking an Email Marketing Lead to own the email, SMS, pop-up, and growth marketing initiatives across clients. This hands-on leadership role requires real-world email expertise and AI-enabled workflows.

You'll set strategic direction, build the department, and represent the team in client calls, aiming to drive retention with data-backed decisions and scalable processes.

Formación

• 5+ years in email marketing, including leadership or mentoring.
• Strong expertise in email marketing best practices (segmentation, automation, A/B testing, implementation, integrations).
• Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and other relevant platforms.
• Analytics-driven, with the ability to diagnose and fix underperforming accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy and standards for the email marketing department, including processes, playbooks, and QA
• Join client calls to represent email marketing strategy and results, with the potential to take direct ownership of specific accounts over time
• Partner with leadership on department tooling, workflow, and roadmap decisions
• Execute and oversee email marketing audits using platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
• Set strategy for automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing across client accounts
• Use AI tools to support copywriting, campaign optimization, segmentation, and reporting workflows
• Execute monthly reporting documentation and results reflection across the department
• Ensure list hygiene, segmentation, integrations, and deliverability management are executed to a high standard
• Ensure knowledge of and have direct hands-on reporting for DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and other technical deliverability items
• Brainstorm and pilot new approaches to email marketing, including applying AI capabilities to existing workflows
• Support analytics tracking and strategy for future campaigns
• Liaise with the broader marketing team to coordinate cross-channel strategy
