Job summary

Paired is seeking a Lifecycle & Retention Growth Strategist to help clients maximize revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value through email, SMS, and subscription strategies. You’ll translate data into actionable plans, lead experiments, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

The role offers remote work with international collaborations, a focus on growth for DTC and digital businesses, and ownership of end-to-end lifecycle programs and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lifecycle/retention marketing experience in DTC/ecommerce or digital services.
• Strong understanding of how retention drives revenue and profitability.
• Proven ability to use data to guide marketing decisions beyond executing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle and retention strategy across email, SMS, subscription, and other touchpoints.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and guide tests and optimizations.
• Design and run experiments around offers, messaging, segmentation, and journeys.
• Build and optimize automated lifecycle programs and onboarding flows.
• Present performance and strategic priorities to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, PMs, and developers.
• Ensure output aligns with brand and strategy; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and integrate AI/automation.
