HireHawk Inc. is seeking an organized Email & SMS Manager to own day-to-day retention marketing, including calendar planning and flow development.

This remote, full-time contractor role reports to the Head of Growth and collaborates with an Email Designer to execute campaigns that enhance retention and revenue. You will build lifecycle flows, create compelling messaging, QA campaigns, and deliver insightful weekly reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS experience in DTC/e-commerce.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo or other lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; you naturally create structure.
• Strong copy and messaging instincts, even if not designing the emails.
• Comfortable working in Notion and Figma to create briefs and flow maps.
• Strong QA mindset; you catch issues before they go live.
• Proactive and comfortable working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
• Build and optimize key lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback).
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging, segmentation.
• Translate strategy into briefs for the Email Designer.
• Collaborate with the designer to ensure campaigns follow briefs and are launched.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end from concept to launch.
• Own the full QA process before emails and SMS go live.
• Monitor campaigns after launch and flag issues quickly.
• Own weekly Email & SMS reporting; communicate performance and insights.
