Zipdev is seeking an Account Manager for our lifecycle marketing initiatives in Bogotá. You will manage a portfolio of clients, drive strategy across retention channels such as email, SMS, push and loyalty, and present progress to stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with creative, client service and analytics teams, conduct client calls and presentations, and report on campaigns with clear insights. Daily account management, optimization, and implementing proprietary technology form the core of the

• Responsible for driving, creating, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns
• Define and implement measurement strategies and delivering insights reports that align with client marketing and business objectives
• Interface and partnering with SBUs such as creative, client service and analytics
• Manage client calls and conduct client presentations
