Ottomatik.io is seeking a Director of Recruitment for a US-based client in solar and construction. This strategic, hands-on leader will design scalable hiring processes, implement recruiting technology, and build a high-performing team across field operations, sales, and leadership roles.

You will forecast hiring needs, optimize recruiting operations, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership. In early stages you’ll still recruit for critical roles while scaling the function.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
• 3+ years leading recruiting teams.
• Experience building or scaling a recruiting function.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technology.
• Strong recruiting analytics and KPI reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead scalable end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Build standardized workflows, interview frameworks, and scorecards.
• Improve operations through automation and optimization.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards; report to leadership.
• Forecast hiring needs with Sales and Operations.
• Lead proactive sourcing across multiple channels.
