Cadre AI is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own talent acquisition for the US and Colombia across multiple technical roles. This fully remote, outbound‑driven position requires proactive candidate engagement and building a fast, scalable recruiting infrastructure.

You will manage Gem ATS workflows, leverage AI recruiting tools, and run multi‑channel campaigns to keep a healthy pipeline and top‑quality hires. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on technical roles.
• Ability to recruit across US and Colombia markets.
• Hands-on experience with Gem ATS including workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Excellent written communication and outbound sourcing discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Drive outbound sourcing and pipeline: target 50+ qualified candidates per open role per week.
• Complete 5–10 screening calls per open role per week to maintain velocity.
• Build multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and community groups in U.S. and Colombia.
• Own ATS workflows in Gem, automations, and recruitment reporting for leadership visibility.
• Partner on hiring strategy, sourcing optimization, and candidate relationship management.
