Power Digital is seeking a contract Recruiter to join our active, high-volume recruiting pipeline and own full-cycle recruiting across assigned roles. You will work with the TA team and hiring managers to maintain momentum, deliver a candidate experience aligned with our culture, and move candidates through a fast, thoughtful process.

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on experience with an ATS; Greenhouse strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing detail or momentum.
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Genuine commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse sourcing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records and clean pipeline hygiene at all times.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and feedback to keep searches moving efficiently.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter with a focus on building diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Ensure every candidate moves through the process with clarity, speed, and a positive experience from first touch to close.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize recruiting workflows and day-to-day processes.
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the Talent Acquisition function.
