The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support business clients through communication, ticket management, order support, and account maintenance. You will manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues, and document interactions to ensure a positive outcome.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to SOPs while delivering empathetic, professional service in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in customer support or related roles.
• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Experience using ticket management platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-volume customer inquiries via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Resolve customer requests in line with SLA and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and maintain complete ticket records.
• Prioritize requests by urgency and impact; communicate progress to customers.
